N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 270:72-h
Penalty
Effective Jan 1, 20222021, 181:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2022.
Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a violation for the first offense and guilty of a misdemeanor for any additional offenses.
