§ 259:25

N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 259:25

Driver

Effective Jul 1, 20061981, 146:1. 2005, 210:38, eff. July 1, 2006.

"Driver" shall mean a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a motor vehicle as defined in RSA 259:60 or an OHRV or snowmobile.
