N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 259:110
Traffic
Effective Jan 1, 19821981, 146:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1982.
"Traffic" shall mean pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles, streetcars, and other conveyances either singly or together while using any way for purposes of travel.
