Inconsistent Provisions in Other Laws Superseded
Effective Jul 1, 19811981, 466:2, eff. July 1, 1981.
Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with the provisions of any other law, general or special, the provisions of this chapter shall be controlling.
