N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 194-C:4-a

Assignment of Superintendent Services; Personnel

Effective Aug 13, 20242024, 76:1, eff. Aug. 13, 2024.

When used in this title, the term "superintendent" shall include the superintendent and any personnel assigned by the superintendent to perform superintendent services under the authority in RSA 194-C:5.
