§ 479-A:16

N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 479-A:16

Removal No Bar to Subsequent Resubmission

Effective Aug 14, 19651965, 155:1, eff. Aug. 14, 1965.

The removal provided for in RSA 479-A:15 shall in no way bar the subsequent resubmission of the property to the provisions of this chapter.
