N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 460:10
Operation of Provision
Effective May 1, 19471947, 125:2, eff. May 1, 1947.
RSA 460:8 and 460:9 shall take effect May 1, 1947, but nothing herein contained shall affect the validity or invalidity of any conveyances made prior to May 1, 1947.
