N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 436:65
Milk of Retained Animals
Effective Jul 1, 19851985, 72:1, eff. July 1, 1985.
The milk of such animals may, with the approval of the commissioner, be used after boiling or heating to a temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit or after proper pasteurization.
