Recreational Project

Effective May 11, 19451941, 190:2. RL 239:10. 1945, 153:1, par. 2, eff. May 11, 1945.

There shall be constructed on Mt. Sunapee in the town of Newbury a tramway, or other lifting device, in accordance with the following provisions.
