N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 216-A:3-b
Authority for Payment
Effective Apr 1, 19641963, 308:1, eff. April 1, 1964.
The governor is authorized to draw his warrant for the payments authorized under the provisions of RSA 216-A:3-a out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
