1. I. All decisions regarding listing and delisting of products for sale shall be made by the commission.
2. II. The commission shall adopt rules under RSA 541-A establishing procedures and criteria for listing and delisting of products for sale. These rules shall include procedures for appeal of commission decisions.
3. III. All requests for action regarding listing or delisting from vendors or their representatives shall be submitted to the commission, to the attention of the chairman.
