N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 173-B:18
Selection of Coordinator
Effective Jan 1, 20001999, 240:3, eff. Jan. 1, 2000.
The commissioner shall be satisfied that the organization or agency chosen as the coordinator shall be qualified to provide at least those services listed in RSA 173-B:20.
