§ 162-A:14

N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 162-A:14

Agreements Commercially Reasonable

Effective May 15, 19921992, 262:3, eff. May 15, 1992.

Any agreements entered into by the state or the authority under this chapter shall be deemed to be on commercially reasonable terms.
