Applicability of RSA 161-M
Effective Jan 1, 20152014, 203:3, eff. Jan. 1, 2015.
All provisions of RSA 161-M shall apply to independent living retirement communities, defined in RSA 161-J:2, III-a, and housing for older persons, defined in RSA 161-J:2, III.
