N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 161-F:44
Self-Neglect
Effective Jan 1, 19901989, 7:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1990.
For the purposes of this subdivision, instances of suspected self-neglect shall be construed and acted upon in the same manner as instances of suspected neglect.
