N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 155:38
Conflict
Effective May 5, 19431943, 153:21, eff. May 5, 1943.
When, in any specific case, different provisions of this chapter shall conflict with other state or municipal regulations, the most restrictive requirements shall govern.
