1. I. The commission shall:

   1. (a) Review and analyze health care workplace violence safety issues including, but not limited to, reports of workplace violence incidents and trends.
   2. (b) Support the development and implementation of health care workplace violence prevention programs, including training.
   3. (c) Propose changes to the health and human services oversight committee, established in RSA 126-A:13, the commissioner of the department of labor, and the commissioner of the department of health and human services that will improve the safety of the health care workplace.
2. II. Sources of data for the duties described in paragraph I may include, but are not limited to, reviews and reports currently required by or submitted to state or national regulatory and accrediting organizations.
