N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 143:19-a
Exemption
Effective Jul 1, 19631963, 289:3, eff. July 1, 1963.
The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to persons, firms, and corporations duly licensed under the provisions of the milk sanitation code, RSA 184:79-102.
