In this chapter:

1. I. "Area" means "area" as defined in RSA 171-A:2, I-a.
2. II. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the department of health and human services.
3. III. "Department" means the department of health and human services.
4. IV. "Family support services" includes, but is not limited to, family services coordination, individual and family centered assistance, information and referral, educational materials, and emergency and outreach services.
