N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 105-C:7
Option to Rescind Action
Effective Jun 16, 19811981, 277:1, eff. June 16, 1981.
Any town which has voted to establish a police commission under this chapter may rescind such action by submission of an article in the town warrant as provided in RSA 39:3.
