Declaration of State Representatives-Elect From Representative District Containing Only One Town or Ward
Effective Jul 1, 19791979, 436:1, eff. July 1, 1979.
In a state representative district containing only one town or ward, the moderator of such town or ward shall declare state representatives-elect from such district.
