N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 564-F:6-601

Purpose

Effective Oct 1, 20172017, 257:47, eff. Oct. 1, 2017.

(a) A foundation shall have one or more purposes.
(b) Each of the purposes shall be:
1. (1) Lawful;
2. (2) Not contrary to public policy; and
3. (3) Possible to achieve.
(c) A foundation's purposes may include any charitable purpose and any noncharitable purpose.
