N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 592-B:8

Dispositional Conference

Effective Jan 1, 20162015, 249:2, eff. Jan. 1, 2016, July 1, 2016 and Oct. 1, 2017.

Upon entry of a plea of not guilty, the case shall be scheduled for a dispositional conference in accordance with superior court rules.
