N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 516:33-a

Confidential Settlement Agreements

Effective Jan 1, 20052004, 125:1, eff. Jan. 1, 2005.

For purposes of testimony, confidential settlement agreements in prior court actions shall not prevent a person from disclosing information other than the amount of the settlement, if the court finds the information is relevant to the pending action.
