N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 485:26
Penalty for Violation of Rules
Effective Jan 1, 19901989, 339:1, eff. Jan. 1, 1990.
Any person violating rules adopted pursuant to RSA 485:24 or 25 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor if a natural person, or guilty of a felony if any other person.
