Liberal Construction of Provisions

Effective Aug 29, 19511951, 227:1, par. 31-e, eff. Aug. 29, 1951.

The provisions of RSA 31:25, 31:27-29, and 31:28 shall be construed liberally to effectuate the purposes stated in RSA 31:27.
