Reporting Requirements

Effective Jun 17, 19881988, 89:1, eff. June 17, 1988.

The superintendent shall be subject to the following laws relative to bills, accounts, and reporting:

I. RSA 28:15, relative to payment of vouchers.
II. RSA 30:1, relative to annual reports.
III. RSA 30:3, relative to the contents and form of annual reports.
