N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 4:13-d
American History Month
Effective Jun 19, 19811981, 90:6, eff. June 19, 1981.
The governor shall annually proclaim February as "American History Month" and request the citizens of the state to observe the month with appropriate events.
