1. I. The members of the committee established in RSA 4:9-b shall be as follows:

   1. (a) One member appointed by the New Hampshire Association of Chiefs of Police.
   2. (b) One member appointed by the New Hampshire Police Association.
   3. (c) One member appointed by the New Hampshire Sheriffs' Association.
   4. (d) One member appointed by the New Hampshire State Troopers Association.
   5. (e) One member appointed by the 100 Club of New Hampshire, Incorporated.
   6. (f) The executive director of the fish and game department, or designee.
   7. (g) The commissioner of safety, or designee.
   8. (h) The attorney general, or designee.
   9. (i) The commissioner of natural and cultural resources, or designee.
   10. (j) The commissioner of administrative services, or designee.
   11. (k) One member appointed by the governor, who shall be a member of a family of a law enforcement officer killed in the line of duty.
   12. (l) The commissioner of corrections, or designee.
2. II. The members of the committee shall elect a chairperson from among its members. The first meeting of the committee shall be called by the attorney general. Six members of the committee shall constitute a quorum.
