N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21-M:15

Effective Jul 1, 19851985, 300:1, eff. July 1, 1985.
The attorney general shall, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 541-A, adopt rules required of him by RSA 21-G to properly carry out the functions of the department.
