N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 21:53
Verified Mail
Effective Oct 10, 20192019, 242:2, eff. Oct. 10, 2019.
The term "verified mail" means any method of mailing that is offered by the United States Postal Service or any other carrier, and which provides evidence of mailing.
