N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 12-O:41

Limitation

Effective Jul 1, 20172017, 156:40, eff. July 1, 2017.

The review under RSA 12-O:40 shall not apply to state loans or state loan guarantees of less than $250,000, or to state grants of less than $50,000.
