§ 12-O:68

N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 12-O:68

Federal Law Supersedes

Effective Aug 16, 20222022, 231:2, eff. Aug. 16, 2022.

If any provision of this subdivision conflicts with any provision of funding guidance under federal law, the federal funding guidance shall supersede.
