1. The board may suspend or revoke a license granted to any person under this chapter if the person violates: a. This chapter; b. A milk stabilization plan issued in accordance with this chapter; or c. Any rule that implements this chapter.

2. The provisions of this subsection do not apply to a dairy farmer.
