36-14-00.1. Definitions.

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Animals" means alpaca, bison, bovine animals, farmed elk, goats, horses, llamas, sheep, swine, and nontraditional livestock.

2. "Board" means the state board of animal health.
