15-52-22. Loan cancellation or suspension.

The university may cancel any contract, or suspend or recall payments thereunder, if an applicant:

1. Fails in the applicant's course of study;

2. Withdraws from the school of medicine or dentistry the applicant is attending;

3. Is expelled or suspended by such school; or

4. Otherwise becomes a clearly unsuitable risk.
