14-20-25. (501) Scope.

Sections 14-20-25 through 14-20-35 govern genetic testing of an individual to determine parentage, whether the individual:

1. Voluntarily submits to testing; or

2. Is tested pursuant to an order of the court or a support enforcement agency.
