92-01-02-58. Premium credit for military members.

1. Applicants for this premium credit shall complete and submit a complete application provided by the organization. The organization may decline an application for this program.

2. An applicant must be in good standing, as defined in section 92-05-02-01(2), with the organization to qualify for this program.

3. An applicant to this program who is noncompliant, delinquent, uninsured, or who has failed to submit a payroll report may be ineligible for this program.
