85-03-03-03. Payment of claim.

Upon approval of a claim, payment must be issued:

1. In the name of the reported owner;

2. In accordance with a court order; or

3. In the name of the rightful owner, as determined by the administrator, based on the records of the holder and other information available to the administrator.
