8-03-04-02. Other states.

Architects or landscape architects registered in other states or jurisdictions in which incorporation meeting the basic requirements of North Dakota Century Code chapter 10-31 is unavailable to them will be required by the board to practice as individuals in order to be registered in North Dakota.
