Illegal Use of the Term Architect or Landscape Architect

8-02-03-02. Illegal use of the term architect or landscape architect.

A person who, in violation of North Dakota Century Code section 43-03-10, falsely professes to be an architect or landscape architect is guilty of an illegal practice.
