74-03-09.1-01. Land requirements.

Crops for production of foundation seed must not be planted on land that has grown canola, rapeseed, mustard, or oilseed radish during the preceding five years. Crops for production of certified seed must not be planted on land that has grown canola, rapeseed, mustard, or oilseed radish during the preceding three years.
