The content of the laws and rules for teacher licensure may be fulfilled by providing the required documentation through a third party, private foreign educational credential evaluation service that is a member of the national association of credential evaluation services, authorized by the candidate through a signed, official verification provided to the board in cases where foreign transcripts or adaptations for special needs are involved.
