67-24-01-01. Eligibility and application.

A school district must apply for and receive approval from the superintendent of public instruction for a summer elementary grades kindergarten through four school program or summer elementary grades five through eight school program. To be considered by the superintendent, an application must be received by the department fifteen days prior to the start of the program.
