62-04-06-02. Installation of indirect waste piping.

1. Materials. Indirect waste piping shall meet the material, pipe sizing, and construction requirements of article 62-03.

2. Waste pipe. Any indirect waste pipe exceeding five feet [1.52 meters] in length shall be trapped.

3. Maximum length. Any indirect waste pipe exceeding fifteen feet [4.57 meters] shall be vented.

4. Cleaning. Indirect waste piping shall be so installed as to permit access for flushing and cleansing.
