54-03.2-09-03. Closing as a result of withdrawal of approval.

When the board withdraws approval of a nursing education program:

1. The board shall establish a date of closure.

2. The nursing education program shall present a plan for the transfer of students to other board-approved programs within a time frame established by the board.
