N.D. Admin. Code § 54-03.2-03-03
54-03.2-03-03. Baccalaureate or master's degree nurse education program administrator qualifications.
The qualifications for an administrator in a program leading to a baccalaureate or master's degree of nursing are:
1. An earned doctoral degree in nursing or an earned master's degree in nursing and an earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution;
2. A current unencumbered registered nurse license or privilege to practice;
3. Experience in teaching and knowledge of learning principles for adult education, including nursing curriculum development, administration, and evaluation; and
4. A current knowledge of nursing practice at the baccalaureate or master's degree nurse level or as otherwise approved by the board.
