54-02-05-02. Renewal dates.

Nursing licenses will be valid for two calendar years and will be subject to renewal before December thirty-first of the second year. Applicants for initial licensure by endorsement or examination shall receive a license expiring on December thirty-first of the following licensure year as a part of the application fee. Failure to receive the renewal notification does not relieve the licensee of the obligation to renew the license by the expiration date.
