43-02-03-83. Gas processing plant reports.

Each operator of a gas processing plant, cycling plant, or any other plant at which natural gas is received and processed shall report to the director the amount of natural gas received, disposition of the natural gas, and the plant production that includes condensate, ethane, propane, butane, natural

gasoline, kerosene, oil, sulfur, or other products on a gas plant report (form 12) by five p.m. on the fifth day of the second month following the month in which gas is processed.

Crude oil recovered must be reported to the director, on an oil report by five p.m. on the first day of the second month succeeding the month in which oil is removed. Other operations must be reported to the director, on form 12, by five p.m. on the fifth day of the second month following the month in which gas is processed.
