Requirements for Hazardous Waste Injection Wells

The owner or operator of all wells injecting hazardous waste shall comply with the requirements for hazardous waste management facilities as specified under title 40 CFR parts 144, 146, including subpart G, part 148 and including specifically section 144.14.
